Did you know that how you teach is just as (if not more) important as what you teach?

Why?

Behind and alongside the conceptual information we teach, a large body of non-verbal information is being exchanged. This information can be talked about in various ways scientifically:

This means that how you actually are (your internal experience) and feel will be mirrored in palpable changes in the tone, energy and behavior of the classroom. Our organisms are in fact deeply connected and related to one another. We are sensitive, feeling, relational creatures. And youth/children are even more so!

When you are grounded, relaxed, present and embodied, a roomful of children or adolescents will feel this and, in one way or another, respond to it!
